So one of the humans took me running for the first time the other day. There was all this debate over whether or not I should run in the first place since my friends at ADOPT think I was hit by a car at some point. But my vet says I'm "orthopedically sound." I'm not sure what it all means. What I know is that I like to run as much as the next dog, but this just went on for blocks and blocks! I was raring to go for the first block. Then we hit the second block, and I was like, enough already! One block was plenty.
I suspect that the running thing usually ends in a bath because whenever the humans come back from a run, they're all wet. I wonder how many blocks you have to run before you get to the bath? I'm pretty sure I'm not interested in finding out! Stay dry my four-legged friends. I don't care HOW bad they say you smell.
